Note:
On BD both tracks (DTS-HD 2.0 & 5.1) sounded very poor,
5.1 had absolutely no soround sound (movie was recorded in stereo).
I used the 2.0 track as source because it sounded slightly better.
I gained volume in DD by 3% in transcoding process
because I had to increase to max the volume on my receiver,
it was almost impossible to hear what they were saying in some scenes.
