PhraseExpress is a macro tool for automatically inserting text. It's great if you find yourself typing the same phrases over and over again. For example, say you work with email and write the same greetings, signatures, and replies every day. This tool automates all of that. You set a hotkey or shortcut, and the software will automatically insert the text where needed.

Peculiarities:
It's simple: we created a library of phrases and assigned them to abbreviations or hotkeys. For example, we typed "prv" and the program automatically replaced it with the full greeting, including name and job title. It works similarly to Ctrl+V, except it inserts pre-written text.
The interface isn't the most user-friendly, and it takes some getting used to. The hotkey list isn't intuitive, so it might be confusing for a beginner to know where to press.
One downside I noted is that when quickly reusing the same command, there is a delay of about two seconds; if you press the hotkey twice in a row, the second time may not work.
The program supports macros and features automatic correction. It can insert dynamic data, such as the current date or whatever's in your clipboard. Phrases can be organized into folders and synced between computers.

Another alternative is FastKeys , which is also a text automator and can launch applications and manage windows. It offers more functionality, but is also more difficult to understand.
