How so? Well, our last move not only keeps enemy pieces away from the queenside. It also supports a future expansion with the b-pawn, while still keeping the rest of our plan a secret.

💥 Open fire against the Open Sicilian with the aggressive queenside fianchetto. Your bishop on b7 and pawn on b5 are in position to win the enemy e-pawn. Meanwhile, the rest of your army keeps the target in place by controlling the squares around it.
