A small program called Health Break Reminder encourages you to take breaks after working long hours at the computer. While it's not very visually appealing, it's available in Russian. Sometimes you don't even notice how long you've been sitting in front of a monitor. Time flies, your eyes get tired, your back gets stiff, and you just keep working. This software solves the problem in a very simple way. After launching, you set a work time, say an hour, and when it's up, a notification will appear reminding you to take a break. The app monitors mouse and keyboard activity, so if you step away from the computer to go to the bathroom or grab a bite to eat, the timer resets automatically after the set amount of downtime. Return to work and the countdown begins again. The interface is intuitive, although there isn't really one, and it's localized. The program runs in the background and uses almost no resources.
