A user noticed some kind of corruption in this episode, I have re-done it with the same settings (deinterlaced with QTGMC, upscaled and encoded to 10-bit x265/HEVC with 320kbps 5.1 AAC audio), and it appears to play fine now. I have repacked the Season 05 torrent but also included this as a standalone, as only this episode is different.
