note this upload was carefully enhanced and decompressed to fit 720p from available online sources of this series witch in this case was xvid and to my knowlige ripped using winx not my doing just to be clear but what i did was
i took the xvid files put them throw proteus in topaz no upscaling 95% detail recovery custom parameters of my choice then when that was done it was successfully converted to bt709 without changing colour tones and i converted
audio to FLAC witch was mp3 224 s01 and s02 was mp3 128 then after that i used NYX model in topaz to decompress the video to 720p sharpening it up abit and keeping its original look without compression artifacting

another note Season 2 has FPS Hiccups witch i did also try to fix seems s02 was recorded from dvd instead of ripped like s01 but i converted it to 23.9fps then enhanced it to 29.9fps in RIFE SVP4 pro this made it more watchable less annoying
but the fps hiccup is still there most of it is eliminated just a few quirks left i didn’t know how to solve here and there in each episode but mostly its good enough now not that hiccup mess it was before
