Used MakeMKV 1.17.6 for the DV video stream, the rest was demuxed with eac3to.
Video from the UHD, Primary Audio and Commentary from KOR disc.
Adjusted the Video to 23.976 fps to match the fps of KOR disc.
Subtitles from all discs and Additional subtitles from iTunes synced and tone mapped as required.
RUS subs excluded because they appeared to be for a dub that was not synced
well to the English version.
Named Chapters synced to nearest -I frames/scene changes from NTSC DVD.
