Pinhead is stuck in a block. The block containing Pinhead and the puzzle cube is bought by a young playboy as a sculpture. Pinhead busies himself trying to escape and seeking to destroy the puzzle cube so he need never return to Hell, but someone is standing in his way.

Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth is a 1992 American supernatural horror film and the third installment in the Hellraiser film series. It was directed by Anthony Hickox and stars Terry Farrell, Paula Marshall, Kevin Bernhardt, and Doug Bradley. Ashley Laurence, who starred in the previous two films, reprises her role as Kirsty Cotton in a cameo appearance. Following the events of Hellbound: Hellraiser II, in which the demon Pinhead is imprisoned in a statue, he resurrects himself by absorbing the life force of unlucky humans.
