I included a ready to go Switch emulator for Windows in this torrent.
Just extract Ryujinx and play, no configuration needed but I included instructions just in case. Since the game just came out it's a bit choppy on Ryu but should get smoother with updates soon.

- Max Sword Energy ON/OFF (Allows you to stay in Sword Mode for as long as you want, doesn't break the game as you can enter/leave the mode with D-Pad UP) (For the cheat to work you have to have at least a tiny bit of energy)
