An exhilarating variety show performed at the end of the cruise, it's the chance for crew members to perform in front of the guests. And Lorraine is using her twenty-five years of experience to debut a brand new dance: the Synchronised Flamingos. She has the outfits, but does she have the crew members? After one of her performers fails to show at rehearsals, it's a nervous wait until the big night.Meanwhile, Executive Head Chef Ronald and Food and Beverages Director Roberto are preparing for a show-stopping evening of indulgence beneath the stars, an open-air barbecue on the top deck of the ship. But in order to pull off the extravagant event, they'll need to close all 5 of the high-end a la carte restaurants and band together every single chef on board. High risk, high reward. But will the romantic and luxurious barbecue be a success?Also gunning for glory is Cape Town native and beer-loving Sommelier, Donovan – protégé to the respected and lauded Head Sommelier, Georgiana. She has ear-marked him as her successor when she leaves the ship for a well-earned break, but hers are big shoes to fill. In order to make sure Donovan is up to the challenge, Georgiana sets him a series of tasks.
