Adrian Edmondson visits Sedbergh, Cumbria, to meet 16-year-old Sam Roper - the youngest competitor in the gruelling Three Peaks Cyclo-Cross race - and travels to Gunnerside, Swaledale, where blacksmith Stephen Calvert shows how the skills of his trade have not changed for generations.
