Tijdens een van hun traditionele achtervolgingen belanden Tom en Jerry per ongeluk in een ruimteschip op weg naar Mars. Ze ontmoeten een aantal Marsbewoners die met behulp van hun robot Invincitron op het punt staan om de Aarde aan te vallen. Tom en Jerry moeten noodgedwongen samenwerken om de aliens te verslaan.
Storyline
While carrying on their usual hi-jinks, they inadvertantly stow-away on a spaceship bound for Mars. They meet up with the local Martian residents and cause them to invade the Earth, aided by the "Invincitron", a vacuum-wielding giant robot. Tom, Jerry and their Martian ally, Peep, save the day
