Total Assistant Pro has all the word count, character count and line count features of standard Total Assistant plus the ability to generate customised invoices and reports.

Automatic report generation from the file statistics saves you time doing administration and allows you to concentrate on the work which earns money.

The report generation features in Pro are:

Reports such as invoices generated in Microsoft Word format.
General and Customer specific charge rates.
Flexible and customisable format. For example add your own logo, standard conditions etc.
Integrates with Outlook Contacts, Outlook Express and Windows Address Book so you don't need to re-enter your customer database.
Import your customer database from Eudora, Netscape, Text file (CSV) and other format, if you don't use Outlook.
Reports may include costs and counts for words, character or lines, customer details and more.
