A strikingly personal collection including seven original compositions and a 12 page collectible booklet, Surrender is a retrospective of Spady's life and career. Closing the album are three previously unreleased originals, recorded live in 1999, which provide a glimpse into the intensity of a live Clarence Spady experience.
