Franklin Franklin speelt alpenhoorn en droomt van Zwitserland. Zijn dwaze broer stuurt hem afgeknipte vingernagels per post.
Eén van zijn buren is een vergeetachtige blower en de andere een norse bemoeial. Aan de overkant van de straat woont een moeder
met haar 15-jarige dochter die hij graag begluurt vanuit zijn raam. Maar dit zijn niet Franklins echte problemen. Zijn echte probleem is
dat zijn huisbaas dood is, en bij hem op de keukenvloer ligt. Zwitserland lijkt plots heel ver weg.
