:This is fully progressive source @ 29.97 fps without any dupe frames,so the FPS is kept at 29.97,though it is labeled as NTSC,but fps @ 23.976 or even @ 25 would give jerk movement.

The most disgusting thing is that the DVD is not properly authored,you may see those sawtooth/combing edge artifacts in some scenes.

Chapters are fixed.
