Aha-Soft Icon to Any - the program allows you to convert Windows icons, cursors, as well as Mac OS icons to ICO, ICNS, CUR, BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD, TIFF, XBM, XPM, WBMP and RC files. You can resize existing icons, you can split the icons into sub-images and groups of sub-images by size according to the desired folders. You can convert Mac OS icons to Windows icons and vice versa. This wizard can easily process multiple files at once. The program is easy to use, there is no Russian support here, but believe me, you can figure it out like that, a couple of steps and you will get the right picture at the output with the right parameters.
