I use this ISO to install WinXP Pro onto newly created guests in Oracle VirtualBox 5. It’s based on an unadulterated, official installation CD with all previously released service packs, critical updates and security updates – downloaded from Microsoft – slipstreamed using nLite.

My goal was to create installation media for a fully patched copy of Windows XP, without the need for additional/automatic post-setup downloads. Then to use it as the basis for automated installs via nLite.

This ISO installs WinXP using Retail Product Keys
