Aha-Soft Icon to Any 3.29 + Portable the program allows you to convert Windows icons, cursors, and Mac OS icons to ICO, ICNS, CUR, BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PSD, TIFF, XBM, XPM, WBMP and RC files. You can resize existing icons, you can split the icons into sub-images and groups of sub-images by size in accordance with the necessary folders. You can convert Mac OS icons to Windows icons and vice versa. This wizard can easily handle multiple files at the same time. The program is easy to use, there is no Russian support here, but believe me, you can figure it out like this, a couple of steps and you will get the desired image at the output with the necessary parameters.
