You can configure the ability to scroll both horizontally and vertically, it is possible to simultaneously scroll.You are required to select a program from the list and adjust the scrolling parameters; if you want to configure immediately for other applications not from the list, you must select All Others. There is no Russian support, so not everyone can figure out what is required of them.
