When a stray dog runs across the highway and causes a major accident, vehicles aren't the only things that collide. With traffic at a total standstill and tempers beginning to flare, the lives of 14 strangers come crashing together. Pandemonium breaks loose as a woman goes into premature labor, a son (Dan Byrd) confronts his father (William Forsythe) and a pair of two-bit criminals tries to conceal their stolen property.
