Het jonge Chinese meisje Mei (Catherine Chan) beschikt over een bijzondere gave; ze heeft een onvoorstelbaar goed geheugen. Wanneer er een levensbelangrijke code opgeslagen wordt in haar geheugen, gaan de Russische en Chinese maffia achter haar aan.
