This is England '86 is a follow up to Shane Meadows' Bafta award-winning movie, This is England. Shaun, is now getting ready to leave school where he faces an uncertain future. Woody and Lol are also getting ready to tie the knot.

The second series " This Is England '88 " moved on to Christmas, 1988.

Season 2 Episode 3:

Christmas Day arrives and Shaun has managed to ruin things big time and it's hit him hard. The gang enjoy themselves and run into Woody and Jennifer. Woody and Milky end up fighting. Things continue to be difficult for Lol and will get worse before they get better.
