Het verhaal speelt zich af in de nabije toekomst. We volgen een jonge vrouw (Green) die terugkeert naar het huis van haar grootvader, aan de Noordzeekust in Duitsland. Ze wordt herenigd met haar vriendje (Smith) uit haar kindertijd, maar zijn plotse dood in een auto-ongeval maakt haar zo wanhopig dat ze hem door middel van menselijk klonen wil terugbrengen.

Storyline
