I get conflicting info about it during transcode. I couldnt get the information to come out correct, so the aspect ratio seems to be off a bit. There's a round target cursor at around 33 seconds of the OP that can help set the aspect ratio. Nothing worked right and the only way it looked good was with variable frame rate.
So I called it 480v cause it comes from DVD and it has variable frame rate.
The actors yell too much, but the translation is reasonable. I'll probly never do subs for this.
