Windows 10 is highly questionable in its set, default options concerning privacy and data protection.. It is shit that way, with innumerable spying apps and features -- they even gave a cute name for it -- "Windows Telemetry"..
Thank God I found this wonderful "Windows 10 Privacy Killer" --
W10Privacy is a portable free tool which makes it easier to view and control Windows 10's many privacy-related settings.
There are a lot of options to browse, but W10Privacy tries to make life easier by organising them in several tabs: Privacy, Telemetry, Search, Network, Explorer, Services, OneDrive, Tasks, Tweaks and more.

Right click and "Run as Administrator"..
Very easy to follow gui and instructions where u can pick and choose what features u want to retain and which features u don't want -- Just remember to create a "restore point" before tinkering with settings -- I myself am using it and I can vouch for its efficacy..
