Settings window offers options for audio input and audio device. Profile provides configuration for setting the recorded audio’s quality and Size Limit allows users if you want the program to stop recording after a certain selected file size. WaveEditor supports different audio file formats including WAV, M4A, AC3, WMA, and MP3.

WaveEditor offers different audio editing tools including cut, trim and enhance tools. Effects can be applied either to a selected portion of an audio clip or to the entire file. This application also enables users to adjust the master volume at any portion of the audio file. WaveEditor also offers audio effects. Users can choose from default/preinstalled audio effects or VST plugin effects and apply them to music files.

VST plugin effects are available online. These can be imported to CyberLink WaveEditor. This program allows users to import audio files from a removable device or computer hard drive. Importing multiple files at the same time is also possible with this application. WaveEditor also support drag-and-drop when transferring files to the program.
