steps to update:-

For win7 user
1: right click windows enabler and run as administrator and then double click on the icon in task bar u will see "on" writen on the icon

2: right click on KDZ_FW_UPD.exe and run as administrator then select "3GQTC" from drop box and then select "V20B_00.kdz" destination

3: then click on the button with maximum ????????????????

after doin this process the phone's screen will go in emergency mode and will turn blue for 10 min and the it will automatically restartthe phone to android 2.1 eclair
