Jayeshbhai is a Gujarati man, on a run from his family and problematic society with his pregnant wife and daughter. Jayesh's father, who is also the village Sarpanch wants a male heir and prospective sarpanch and constantly intervenes in his son and daughter-in-law's life to abort the girl child. The film follows Jayeshbhai's journey of self-discovery and siding with what's right as he fights the patriarchy and issues of female foeticide and gender disparity plaguing society.
